Meatless bacon is the true king of all feasts. It's quite salty, slightly tomatoey, very expressive, and smoky—simply delicious bacon! Its unusual multidimensional flavor is due to the natural umami sources: tomatoes, nutritional yeast, and soy sauce. The texture of meatless bacon is flexible but not rubbery.
For example, you can add Meatless Bacon to a homemade burger, tofu, or spaghetti a'la carbonara. After a quick fry in a little oil, it becomes wonderfully crispy. You can also bake it, braise it, grill it, or eat it raw—your creativity is the limit. Remember, like all our products, Meatless Bacon can be frozen!

When frying or grilling, do not heat for more than 5 minutes – the product crisps quickly; overheating can cause it to harden. Meatless bacon can be frozen (in its original packaging) without any loss of flavor.
