The DARQUE series is an innovative line of hot-pressed aluminum cookware. The interior of the pans is coated with a Swiss 3-layer ULTIMATE non-stick coating from ILAG, while the exterior is finished with heat-resistant silicone varnish, ensuring the products retain their original appearance for a very long time. They can be used on all types of cookware, and the full induction disc on the bottom increases energy efficiency by approximately 40% compared to Lotus induction cookware. The lid attached to the pans is made of tempered glass, with a stainless steel rim. This ensures the lid adheres perfectly to the pan and, combined with the hole that vents excess steam, ensures optimal use. All products in this series feature riveted cast steel handles. This solution allows for intensive use and prevents the handle from falling off under overload. Thanks to the materials used, the cookware has a uniform body similar to cast iron cookware, but is significantly lighter and therefore more comfortable to handle. All this makes DARQUE products "all in one" – just like a frying pan, we can fry, braise, boil, and bake in the oven in one pot. All products in the DARQUE series are dishwasher-safe, but due to the durability of the coating and the non-stick properties, this is not recommended.
