2 teaspoons (about 4 g) crushed root, pour 1 glass of water, simmer for 5 minutes. Leave covered for 30 minutes. drain. Drink 3 servings throughout the day.
Recommended daily dose:
2 teaspoons (approx. 4g) of the product
daily. The best results are obtained by taking the product regularly
