Use:
Lanceolate plantain has soothing properties for the mouth and throat. It supports the immune system, liver function, and digestion, and cleanses the body. It also stimulates the growth of beneficial intestinal microflora and acts as an antioxidant, protecting against free radicals.

Instructions for use:
Steep 1 teaspoon of leaves with 200 ml of boiling water, covered, for 10-15 minutes. Drink the freshly prepared infusion 1-2 times daily.
