Obtained from the nectar of Brazilian eucalyptus flowers.
It is characterized by a very aromatic, specific taste with a surprising, delicate note of dried mushrooms.
Dark amber, brown color.
Considered One of the honeys rich in a variety of enzymes, which contributes to its high biological activity. It has a powerful antibacterial effect, which is why it is recommended for the treatment of respiratory infections. It has an expectorant effect, soothes irritation, and is ideal for preventing colds and their effects.
Although delicious in a cup of tea – warming on a winter evening, as well as in the summer heat – added to cold water, it has a very refreshing effect.
