DESCRIPTION :

Lavender helps calm the mind. Perfect for massages or bath blends.

Tea tree helps deep cleanse the skin. Great for skin care.

Eucalyptus helps clear the mind. Perfect for use in an aroma spa diffuser.

INGREDIENTS

- Lavender: 100% Lavandula angustifolia (lavender) oil,

- Tea tree: 100% oil from the leaves of Melaleuca alternifolia (tea tree),

- Eucalyptus: 100% oil from the leaves of Eucalyptus globulus (eucalyptus)

APPLICATION :

In the vaporizer: Add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil into the vaporizer or burner.

Inhalations: Add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water and inhale the vapors for 5 to 10 minutes. (Inhalation is only for children over 10 years old.)

For massage: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of carrier oil, such as almond or jojoba oil.

Bath: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil per 20 ml of carrier oil. Stir in water.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use directly on skin. Not for children under 5 years.
