APPLICATION :

Add 48 drops (1/2 teaspoon) to 32 fl oz of water (12 drops per glass) or any beverage or sports drink and shake well for added energy, endurance, and hydration. Recommended use provides the optimal level of flavor and effectiveness when mixed with plain water.
