DESCRIPTION

Iron is essential for the proper formation of hemoglobin and red blood cells. It contributes to normal oxygen transport throughout the body, thus reducing feelings of tiredness and fatigue. Viridiana Iron Complex contains ferrous bisglycinate, a non-irritating form of iron. In addition, the ingredients work synergistically: vitamin B12, folic acid, and vitamin C. Like iron, vitamin B12 contributes to the proper production of red blood cells and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. 100% active ingredients in one capsule.
