DESCRIPTION

CARROT: Contains vitamins B1, B2, PP, K, and C, as well as micronutrients. However, its most valuable ingredient is beta-carotene, or provitamin A, which resists bacterial and viral attacks and improves vision. Consuming it helps prevent heart disease and premature aging. Carrots provide important minerals such as calcium, iron, phosphorus, copper, zinc, molybdenum, magnesium, iodine, and potassium – all of which contribute to a toned body, a beautiful complexion and skin, and healthy, strong hair and nails.

In 2012, pickled carrot juice received the main prize at the Natura Food fair in Łódź – a gold medal for the best Polish organic product.
