Pickled crocus cucumbers are delivered in small barrels, allowing for a lower salt concentration and monitoring the entire process. After the curing process, they are hand-filled into jars to ensure only whole, firm, and crisp products are sold. Cucumbers can be eaten with any dish and can also be eaten straight from the jar. They can be used to prepare various salads, cucumber soup, and brine, traditional for Russian cuisine. Cucumbers are a good source of mineral salts, and the silicon they contain is important for the health of your hair and nails. Cucumbers are very low in calories, easier to digest than raw ones, and additionally enriched with lactic acid from the fermentation process and infused with added spices such as fresh dill, horseradish, and, most notably, Polish garlic.
