Holistic MultiVitamin is a dietary supplement in capsule form containing a range of vitamins that support the body's function. Vitamins are molecules necessary for the proper functioning of the body. They are components of numerous enzymes and catalysts for most metabolic reactions. We get vitamins mainly from food, but poor nutrition and low nutritional value of foods can lead to a deficiency. In such situations, their supplementation is recommended. Holistic Multivitamin contains vitamin C, which supports the immune system and is an antioxidant. Citrus bioflavonoids support the immune system. Nicotinamide is vitamin B3, which is responsible for the proper functioning of the nervous system. Riboflavin, or vitamin B2, supports the immune system, is involved in the metabolism of neurotransmitters, and supports proper eye hydration. The supplement also contains beta-carotene, a provitamin of vitamin A with antioxidant activity; vitamin D3, which is primarily responsible for bone mineralization and proper development of the skeletal system; and biotin, also known as vitamin H or vitamin B7, which helps maintain skin, hair, and nails in good condition.
