Adults: 10 parts; 15 ml (2-3 teaspoons) 2 parts; 3 times daily, diluted with approximately 50 parts; 100 ml of water. Children over 3 years: 5 ml (1 teaspoon) 3 times daily, diluted in approximately 50 ml of water.

The drink concentrate can be diluted with any liquid before consumption, such as fruit juice, tea, mineral water, or others. It can be consumed undiluted.
