Purpose of use:
Mistletoe has a calming effect on the respiratory tract. It eases breathing. It supports the body's natural defenses. It has a soothing effect on the mouth, throat, and vocal cords. It is supportive and soothing for tickling in the throat.

Instructions for use:
Add 1 teaspoon (approx. 0.5 g) to a glass of boiling water (200 ml) and let it steep, covered, for 10 minutes. It is recommended to prepare the infusion 3 times a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Store in a dry place, out of reach of small children.
