Tricolor spelt pasta 400 g BIO Niro

Three Colors organic whole-wheat spelt pasta is enriched with vegetables like spinach, bell peppers, and turmeric. Flour (type 2000) intended for pasta production is milled the day before the production process begins. Spelt itself is one of the oldest wheat varieties, rich in starch, protein, unsaturated fatty acids, minerals, and vitamins (PP, B6, and folic acid)—more concentrated than other grains. Organic spelt pasta is also a source of more digestible gluten.
