The herbal thistle, also known as devil's rib, is used in folk medicine to ward off evil spells and curses . In traditional herbal medicine, thistle baths were used to treat skin problems (acne, psoriasis, eczema) .

The herb of the vegetable milkweed contains phenolic acids and flavonoids, thanks to which an infusion from the herb of the black rib:

APPLICATION:

For external use (baths, compresses)

Pour three tablespoons of tea into three cups of boiling water, cover, and let steep for 15 minutes. Strain. Add the infusion to your bath or apply to your skin.

For internal use (teas, infusions)

Pour a teaspoon of boiling water over one cup, cover, and let it steep for about 10-15 minutes.
