Organic whole-grain spelt porridge is made from whole spelt grains. We recommend it as an ingredient in puddings, legumes, for thickening soups and sauces, and for preparing milk porridge with fruit. It contains valuable protein and a high amount of fiber. Fiber swells in the intestines, providing long-lasting satiety and allowing for slower absorption of glucose into the blood, thus preventing rapid spikes in blood sugar levels. It helps cleanse the intestines, improves digestion, and accelerates peristalsis. It helps relieve unpleasant symptoms of constipation, lower abdominal pain, and bloating.

APPLICATION
Boil 1/2 liter of milk, then pour 3 tablespoons of porridge into the boiling milk. Cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
