Preparation instructions 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the neck into 1.5-2 cm thick slices and insert them into the bag from the top of the package. 2. Measure 200 ml of water into a tall container, add spices from the bottom of the package and mix well. Pour into the bag. Close the bag with the red closure and distribute the spices evenly over the meat by turning it gently. 3. Place the bag in an ovenproof dish, do not cover it. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 60 minutes. 4. After removing from the oven, cut off the end of the bag with the closure. Be careful of the hot bag and the escaping air.
