Preparation instructions: 1. Peel the onion and cut it into half slices, fry it in oil with the minced meat, seasoning the meat lightly with salt and pepper. Cut the peeled potatoes into thin slices, approximately 3-4 mm thick. 2. Grease a heatproof dish and place alternating layers in the dish: potatoes and minced meat with onions, the second layer in the same order. The total thickness of the layers should be approximately 3 cm. 3. Mix the contents of the package with 200 ml of cold water and 150 ml of 12% sour cream. Pour over the stacked potatoes and meat in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle the top with grated cheese (50 g). Do not cover. 4. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 50 minutes (200 °C without fan, "bottom-up" baking function).
