DHA accounts for approximately 96% of all omega-3 fats found in the brain and 93% of omega-3 fats in the brain, and 3 in the retina of the eye. It is therefore essential for proper brain development and function and vision. DHA and EPA contribute to the proper functioning of the heart.
PRENACAPS DHA is intended for women who are planning a pregnancy, are pregnant and breastfeeding.
Contains 600 mg DHA and 120 mg EPA in the form of triglycerides derived from small fish (anchovies). Triglycerides are a natural form of omega-3 with high digestibility. The product has been tested for heavy metal content. The product does not contain any artificial fillers, preservatives, or sweeteners, among other ingredients.
The Polish Gynecological Society recommends consuming at least 600 mg of DHA for pregnant and breastfeeding women. It also recommends that the source of fish DHA be small fish.

APPLICATION
Take 2 capsules once daily with a meal.
