This is the second tea in the series, whose task is to detoxify and remineralize the body. The herbs included in the mixture help remove toxins from the body and have a diuretic effect. Yarrow stimulates the working and digestive systems and helps to better absorb nutrients from food.
Horsetail has a remineralizing effect, improves bone mineralization, has a beneficial effect on mucous membranes and blood vessels.

Preparation: 1 teaspoon (approx. 1g) dried herbs, pour hot water and pour over
Leave covered for 15-20 minutes. Drink a glass of warm, freshly prepared infusion twice a day.
