Pollen is an extremely valuable product harvested by bees. It is a source of macro- and microelements such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, zinc, manganese, copper, and selenium. It is a natural source of antioxidants, stimulates the immune system, supports the proper functioning of the heart and blood vessels, and increases appetite. Pollen is recommended as part of a healthy and balanced diet. The product comes from Polish apiaries. The pollen is collected in and near the Podlasie Botanical Garden, primarily from herbaceous plants.

Ingredients:
100% pollen.

Instructions for use:
Pour 2-3 teaspoons into 1/3 cup of boiled, cooled water and let it sit for a few hours. It is recommended to take the pollen in this form twice daily, first in the morning on an empty stomach and then in the evening before bedtime. Treatment should last 1-2 months, preferably in spring and fall. Avoid adding it to liquids above 45°C.
