It is made from the nectar of rapeseed flowers, which bloom for about 40 days in May and June. It has a light, almost transparent color and, after crystallization, a white cream with a consistency similar to lard. Its smell is barely perceptible.
It is used to treat pancreas, liver, kidneys, digestive system, circulatory system, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer. Accelerates wound healing and relieves skin burns. It contains a lot of potassium.
