Preparation instructions: To prepare the cream: 400 ml of cold milk (approx. 1 2/3 glasses). Preparation method: 1. Pour 400 ml of cold milk into a tall container. 2. Pour in the contents of the sachet and mix at high speed for approx. 3 minutes. Spread the finished cream on the cake. Idea for: Karpatka cake Preparation: 200 g wheat flour, 5 eggs, 1 teaspoon of Gellwe baking powder, 180 g butter or margarine, 1 1/2 cups of water. Preparation method: Boil water with fat, add a mixture of flour and baking powder, and mix vigorously until a smooth consistency is achieved. Remove from heat, let cool, add the eggs, and mix at high speed for 5 minutes. Divide the resulting mixture into two parts. Using a spoon, spread each part in a thin layer on a greased and floured or lined 25 x 36 cm baking pan. Place the cake in an oven preheated to 210°C (without fan) and bake for about 25 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 150°C and bake for about 15 minutes. Bake the other half of the cake in the same way. Once the cake has cooled, spread the previously prepared cream on one half and cover it with the other half. You can dust the finished Karpatka with powdered sugar. Have a nice day :)
