USE OF THE METHOD
Dissolve 1 g of mushroom powder in lukewarm water or add to a meal (yogurt, cottage cheese, muesli). Drink three times daily. Take half an hour before a meal. 1 g of product corresponds to 2 ml of the enclosed measuring cup. Recommended daily dose: 3 g of powder.
