Butcher's broom extract contains saponins (ruscin, ruscogenin, neomuscogenin, ruscoside) and flavonoids. It improves the tone of venous walls and valves, increases vascular flexibility, reduces the adhesion of leukocytes and polynuclear cells to the endothelium, improves venous flow, and has decongestant, anti-inflammatory, and analgesic properties.

Hesperidin belongs to the group of flavonoids. Its sources are peppermint and orange. Hesperidin reduces capillary permeability, improves capillary tone, regulates parietal flow and blood morphology, and has anti-inflammatory and decongestant properties.

Vitamin C has antioxidant, immune-stimulating, and anti-inflammatory properties. Seals and strengthens venous vessels.
