Chinese Lemongrass Fruit Extract 500mg Schizandra Extract 60 Capsules SWANSON
Chinese lemongrass protects the liver from damage and supports liver regeneration. Schizandra also has a calming and sleep-promoting effect, prolonging sleep duration and improving sleep quality. Furthermore, citronella can lower cortisol levels, which, in excess, is responsible for fat accumulation, among other things.

METHOD OF USE
