Storage method Store in a dry place at room temperature
Preparation instructions: Rinse the groats in plenty of water. Then pour them into boiling salted water and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain when the buckwheat is tender. The ratio of groats to water should be 1:4.

Taste and odor of raw groats and after cooking: specific, characteristic of barley groats, with no foreign flavors or odors. Presence of pests and their residues: unacceptable.
