Castello White with Chili is a combination of mild and buttery Castello White with spicy red chili flakes. Jalapeno peppers come from carefully selected crops grown on loamy soils where the sun shines for at least 6 hours a day. To achieve a unique creaminess, the cheese is handcrafted using traditional production methods. To achieve a characteristic spicy flavor, red jalapeno flakes are carefully added to the cheese during production, which is still not yet compact.
The balanced flavor of creamy white and spicy pepper pairs well with fruits (apple, plums, apricots), nuts (pineapple, almonds), sweet additions (honey), or sweet drinks (hot chocolate). We also recommend it in warm dishes, such as baked brioche. Cheese pairs perfectly with sweet white wine.
It will satisfy even the most demanding blue cheese connoisseurs.
