Preparation instructions: Pour the contents of the package (1.44 kg) into 3 liters of cold pasteurized milk (1.5% fat). Beat with an electric mixer for 2 minutes at low speed, then for 5 minutes at full speed. Divide into 50 g portions and refrigerate for 90 minutes. To prepare a smaller batch of dessert (approximately 10 50 g portions), use the following proportions: 160 g of product per 330 ml of milk.
