The preparation contains calcium in the form of organic calcium citrate along with vitamin D. The combination of calcium citrate with vitamin D gives this preparation a significant advantage over other products. In mature women, the absorption efficiency of calcium ions from citrate is approximately ten times higher than the absorption of calcium ions from calcium carbonate (e.g., from marine oyster shells).
Over 99% of the body's calcium is found in bones and teeth. It helps maintain adequate bone density. Adequate calcium levels in the body help maintain health and protect the body from various problems related to the skeletal system. In addition, calcium is an essential component for the formation of blood platelets and facilitates the production of fibrin. INGREDIENTS

Amount per daily dose (2 tablets):
Calcium (citrate) – 500 mg
Vitamin D3 300 IU (cholecalciferol) – 7.5 µg

APPLICATION
2 to 3 tablets daily
Best taken with a meal or use as directed.
