The preparation contains calcium and magnesium in the form of natural organic compounds – citrates. The calcium citrate and magnesium citrate form alone ensures significantly better absorption of calcium and magnesium ions than inorganic forms such as calcium carbonate (e.g., from sea oyster shells). An additional advantage of the high effectiveness is the 2:1 ratio of calcium and magnesium.
