DESCRIPTION

An infusion of calamus rhizomes supports digestion. Calamus has muscle-relaxing properties. Calamus rhizome infusion is also used for problematic lesions of the oral cavity. Chewing calamus rhizomes is helpful in smoking cessation.
INGREDIENTS
100% dried, crushed Calamus rhizome
Acorus calamus L.
APPLICATION
Pour 1/2 teaspoon of the product (1.5 g) into 1 glass of water (250 ml). Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for about 5 minutes. Then strain. Drink the resulting decoction three times a day before meals in divided portions.
1.5 g of the product is a daily dose.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Food supplements should be kept out of the reach of small children.
