Ingredients:

Lanceolate plantain leaf, valerian leaf, chamomile basket, licorice root, beetroot
Instructions for use:

Pour a teaspoon of the product into a glass of boiling water and let it steep, covered, for about 15 minutes.

Drink a glass of the infusion twice daily before meals. It can also be consumed chilled.

A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are essential for the body to function properly.

Store in a dry and cool place.
