DESCRIPTION
Organic bulgur is a groat made from cooked, dried, and crushed durum wheat grains. It's recommended as an accompaniment to casseroles, salads, fillings, and as an ingredient in main courses.

Durum wheat bulgur * 100% (* from controlled organic farming)

PREPARATION
Pour bulgur with lightly salted boiling water in a ratio of 1:2.5 (1 serving of groats to 2.5 servings of water), uncovered, and cook for about 7 minutes. Then remove from heat, cover, and let it swell.
