PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

PREPARATION START:
1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees.
2. Brush the pan (small cake pan) with coconut oil or clarified butter. You can sprinkle it with teff flakes, oat flakes, or ground flaxseed.
3. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
4. Add 500 ml of highly carbonated water while stirring thoroughly.
5. Pour the mixed batter into a frying pan and place it in the oven for 1.5 hours.
