Bromelain is an enzyme derived from pineapple that digests proteins. The supplement supports proper gastrointestinal function. It can also help regenerate muscles and joints.

Bromelain, calcium phosphate, cellulose, maltodextrin, fatty acids (vegetable source), magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable source), silicon dioxide and capsule coating.

Take 1 tablet 1 or 2 times daily or as directed by your doctor.

Do not exceed the recommended daily serving size. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Do not use if you are allergic to pineapple, bee venom, or olive pollen. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, planning to become pregnant, under 18 years of age, taking medication, or feel unwell.
