Broccoli seeds contain glucoraphanin (sulforaphane precursor), which is converted into sulforaphane by the enzyme myrosinase.

Ingredients: Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; broccoli seed extract ( Brassica oleracea L. var. italica Plenck ), standardized to glucoraphanin content: 10%; capsule shell: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
