Nettle juice makes a great addition to tea, but it's not its only use. This plant is widely recognized and valued. It has diuretic properties that are invaluable in the treatment of kidney stones and other urinary system disorders. It prevents fluid retention in the body.

Due to its intense flavor, nettle juice should be diluted with water or apple juice.
