compared to Lotus-type induction products. The pans have cast steel handles secured with rivets. This solution allows for intensive use and prevents the handle from falling off under overload. Due to the materials used, Darque pans can also be used as baking pans in the oven for up to
240°C. All products in the DARQUE series are dishwasher safe, but due to the durability of the coating and the non-stick properties, this is not recommended.
