Uses: Roast seasoning is especially recommended for pork, beef, and veal. It's best added before placing the roast in the oven. It's also excellent for preparing marinades. Roasts are best cooked at a temperature of 150 to 180°C; it's worth turning it several times during the cooking time. After removing the roast from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes to allow the meat to become even more flavorful.
