INGREDIENTS
Psyllium - 80%, psyllium husks - 20%
DIRECTIONS : Add 2 teaspoons of the product (6 g) to 100 ml of chilled water, juice, or yogurt. Consume after a slight swelling subsides. You should also drink 1 glass of liquid. 6 g of the product is a daily dose. The recommended daily dose (6 g) contains: psyllium – 4.8 g, psyllium husk – 1.2 g.
Note: Do not consume overnight. Do not use on children under 6 years of age. People with diabetes or insulin therapy should consult a doctor before consumption. The product should be taken 30-60 minutes before or after taking medication due to possible delayed absorption. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Food supplements should be kept out of the reach of small children.
