Hedocost (Symphytum Officinale) has been known for centuries as a panacea for bone tissue problems. It supports the healing of the spine, hip joints, and knees. It also helps with bone fractures, sprains, and bruises. It is indispensable for tendonitis and thrombophlebitis. It provides intense warmth, and its active ingredients penetrate deeply, relieving rheumatic pain and sciatica. It contains, among other ingredients, allantoin, which stimulates tissue regeneration, tannins, mucilage, polyphenols, and auxins—a hormone that promotes the rapid formation of new tissue and the rapid healing of wounds. It is used for frostbite, burns, muscle strains, and leg ulcers.

Ground elder (Aegopodium Podagraria L.) is a perennial plant native to Europe and North America. The plant contains flavonoids, coumarin compounds, chlorogenic and caffeic acids, vitamin C (60 mg/100 g), and minerals (iron, copper, manganese, titanium, boron, calcium, and potassium). It has regenerating, detoxifying, diuretic, and anti-rheumatic effects, particularly against gout—it lowers elevated uric acid levels in the blood and relieves associated pain. It's helpful for insect bites—simply make a poultice from a crushed ground elder leaf.

Jove, or Lebanese sage (Sideritis scardica), is a source of many minerals, tannins, essential oils and antioxidants.

The oil is also well suited as a cosmetic product - it works against wrinkles, restores tissue, eliminates discoloration, regenerates and tightens the skin.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Rub onto the sore areas 2-3 times daily. Do not apply to wounds and avoid contact with eyes. For external use only.
