Ingredients:

Hydrolyzed beef protein (87.5%), cocoa powder, maltodextrin, vitamin blend (L-ascorbic acid, nicotinamide, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, thiamine mononitrate, pteroliomonoglutamic acid, D-biotin, beta-carotene, cyanocobalamin), thickener (sodium carboxymethylcellulose), chocolate flavor, coconut flavor, sweetener (sucralose), L-arginine, L-glutamine, color (caramel), L-leucine, bromelain (enzyme, 1200 GDU), inulin, L-valine, L-isoleucine.

Instructions for use:

• Mix 30 g of powder (approx. 2 heaped tablespoons) with 250 ml of water in a shaker.
• On training days, consume 2 servings: 1 serving within 45 minutes of training and 1 serving between meals.
• On non-training days, consume 1 serving in the morning and 1 in the evening.
