Ingredients:

Beef protein blend (75%) [hydrolyzed beef protein, L-glutamine, L-arginine], cocoa powder, glycine, palm fat (contains milk), maltodextrin, flavorings, soy lecithin, carboxymethylcellulose, potassium tartrates, vanillin, sucralose, steviol glycosides, tartrazine (color).

Instructions for use:

• Dissolve 30 g of the powder (1 level measuring spoon = 2 heaped tablespoons) in 250 ml of water in a shaker.
• On training days, consume 2 servings: 1 serving within 45 minutes of training and 1 serving between meals.
• On non-training days, consume 1 serving in the morning and 1 in the evening.
