Ingredients:

Hydrolyzed beef protein (78%), flavor enhancer (glycine and its sodium salt), L-glutamine, L-arginine, flavorings, maltodextrin, thickeners (cellulose gum, carrageenan), emulsifier (lecithins (soy)), citric acid, sweetener (sucralose), salt, color (Allura Red AC*).

Recommended intake:

• Mix 1 serving (30 g = approx. 2 heaped tablespoons) with 250 ml of water in a shaker.
• On training days, consume 2 servings: 1 serving within 45 minutes of training, 1 serving between meals.
• On non-training days, consume 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening.
