Instructions for use:
Mix 2 servings (2 x 5.5 g = 2 x 1.5 level scoops = 2 x 2 level teaspoons) with 2 x 200 ml of water, preferably in a shaker. Consume one serving 15 minutes before training and the second serving during training.
