DESCRIPTION
Organic sunflower sprouts have a sweet, slightly nutty flavor. They are particularly recommended as a supplement to diets, especially vegetarian ones.

Sunflower seeds * (* from controlled organic cultivation)
PROCEDURE PREPARATION
At home, we prepare the sprouts as follows: Take a flat plate and line it with gauze or other water-absorbing material.
Sprinkle a single layer of seeds onto the gauze and fill it with water, preferably boiled and lukewarm. The water should be refilled to keep the gauze moist.
We place the seeds in a warm and, if possible, dark place. Depending on the type of germinated plant, sprouts will appear after 2-4 days.
For coarse seeds, e.g. peas, soybeans, chickpeas etc. or seeds with skin, e.g. pumpkin, sunflower, sprouts, cut before eating and use the fine seeds completely.
RECOMMENDED STORAGE
Store in a dry place.
