INGREDIENTS
Cold-pressed oil from a mixture of: pumpkin seeds* (Cucurbita pepo L.) 49.5%, linseed* (Linum usitatissimum L.) 19.5%, rapeseed* (Brassica napus L.) 19.5%, nettle seeds* (Urtica dioica L.) 9.5%, nettle root extract (10:1) common* (Urtica dioica L.) and willowherb* (Epilobium parviflorum L.) 2%, (* ingredient from controlled organic cultivation).

DESCRIPTION
Cold-pressed product: Oil from a blend of specially selected pumpkin, linseed, and nettle seeds, pressed to ensure the correct composition and content of fatty acids, vitamins, and plant sterols. The addition of nettle root extract and willowherb enriches the oil with polyphenolic compounds with antioxidant properties. The oil is intended for adults, especially older men.

RECOMMENDED DAILY CONSUMPTION
Consume 1 serving of 20 g of oil (22 ml = 2 tablespoons) daily, once or in divided portions, e.g., 1 tablespoon twice a day, preferably with a meal. The oil can also be added to salads. The 250 ml pack contains 11 servings of the product.

REMARKS
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
