DESCRIPTION
Round organic wholegrain rice is characterized by a specific aroma and smell, thanks to which it harmonizes with many dishes. It retains all the valuable ingredients of the shell and is therefore more valuable than the shelled grain. We recommend round rice for risotto dishes, rice casseroles and salads.
PREPARATION
Cook the previously rinsed rice in a ratio of 1:2 (1 portion of rice to 2 portions of water) on a low heat for approx. 35 minutes.
