Grasshopper is a widespread plant that grows across wastelands and clearings. Its rhizomes contain starch and are highly nutritious. Only light, thick, and fleshy rhizomes are selected for flour, thoroughly cleaned, and dried. Grasshopper flour is characterized by a slightly sweet, nutty flavor. It is also high in fiber, which regulates the digestive system and cleanses the body of toxins, bile acids, and heavy metals.

PREPARATION START
Couch grass flour can be used as a refinement for wheat flour (in a ratio of 2/3 wheat flour to 1/3 couch grass flour) and for baking bread, rolls, cookies, and other products. It can also be used in all dishes where wheat flour is normally added, e.g., as an addition to pasta, egg omelets, and potato pancakes (adding 1/3 couch grass flour to 2/3 grated potatoes).
